Our story
Civil & Structural Engineering Design Services Australia Pty Ltd was founded in 1991 by Ted Bennett, a former builder turned consulting engineer. Ted holds a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Services from UNSW Sydney, is a Chartered Professional Engineer, and a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. This company has been changed to Civil Structural Engineering Design Services Australia Pty Ltd (CSEDS), in 2021.
What started as a consulting practice has evolved into a focused product distribution business. We promote leading international construction products in Australia, selected on the same criteria we'd apply to any specification: technical merit, proven field performance, and the manufacturer's willingness to support installers on the ground.
